Shipping

What shipping service(s) do you use?
PTS will choose between USPS, UPS or FedEx to determine the best shipping option for your order.  Please let us know any special requirements for shipping, especially for heavy (over 70lbs.) orders.

With standard shipping procedures, how long will it take for my package to ship?
In-stock items will generally ship in 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Can I pay for specialty shipping?
Yes. For in-stock items, we can overnight, 2nd day, or 3rd day ship your product. For specialty shipping, please call our offices at 866-PTS-DCS1 (866-787-3271) to find out rates and to make arrangements.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we only ship within the United States.

What is your return policy?
You may return a physical item, with the following provisions:

  • Item must be in its original condition
  • Subject to a 30% re-stocking fee
  • Return must be within 15 days of receiving
  • Returns me be accompanied by the packing slip
  • Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your protection

After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process.  If original payment was by credit card, you will receive a refund to the same card.  If paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

There are no refunds on virtual products (downloadable items, etc)

What about a damaged piece, but I still want the order?
We will issue an ‘ARS tag’ to have the damaged item(s) picked up and will send you a replacement.
